Earn 20 points for every dollar you spend. This is equal to about a $5.00 future discount for every $100 you have spent on line since June 2011 and are good for two years. Your discount points become available to use on your next order once we have processed your current order.
Apply your rewards to a current purchase by logging into your account page and click on the "REDEEM REWARDS" button. A redeem code will appear below with it's discount value. Don't worry if it says there are no rewards to redeem. As long as a code appears with a dollar amount, you have some to redeem.
Copy/paste or type the code (in this format XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX without the dollar amount) into the coupon code box at the bottom of the shipping and payment method page as you check out and complete the checkout process. You must enter this code yourself since we can't apply it manually to your purchase.
Currently it is not possible to apply more than one discount code per order but I'm working on it.
For now, if you would like to apply more than one discount code to an order, you will need to order more than one item on separate orders in excess of $10 and we will merge them into one receipt, adjust the total and apply the appropriate discounts including the free shipping over $39. You MUST submit one order using the 0412 10% off code and another using your rewards code for this to work.We cannot enter the discount or rewards code for you. Any code that has not been redeemed will remain listed for two years and you can still use it even if it says there are no rewards to redeem. This just means the code has been displayed but hasn't been applied to a purchase yet. It will disappear once it has been used or expires.
The rewards codes are valid for two years from the time you earned them and you may use them with your next order, even the same day as long as the order has been processed. We will send you an email notifying you your order has been processed and shipped. There is no special code to enter to earn the points. You don't need to do anything, the points will accumulate automatically and will expire automatically after two years.
