Our third party shopping cart server has complicated the password retrieval method.
You now must set a new password if you have forgotten it.
Here is how to do it since their instructions are brief and confusing.

Read this first then click on the "Forget your password?" link below, at the top of the home page or below the log in window.
1. Type in your account email address.
2. Click on "Send password reset email".
3. Go to your email box and open the email from customerservice@wonderoil.com.
4. Click on the long "Reset password" link.
5. Simply type in a NEW password then retype it and click on "reset password".
6. Log in with your account email address and new password.
Sorry this is more complicated now but security measures must keep ahead of those internet "evil doers".
